OPlex - a digital repository of roads and railways legislation and technical regulations – by Junta de Andalucía, is committed to ensure universal access to its site and online service.
OPlex is supported for most browsers, using your own style sheets, changing font sizes, colors or disabling image loading. The content can be accessed without any kind of plug-in or script language.
The philosophy of the Web accessibility intend to achieve the maximum level of access taking into account the disparity of devices: computers, mobile phones, PDA..., limitations of software: Operating systems, applications, bandwidth of connection, and also any physical or intellectual handicap of the user.
All static pages follow priorities 1 & 2 guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG, 1.0), published by the Web Accessibility Initiative WAI, which sets the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), and the UNE 139802 EX, getting an AA level in all cases, and AAA level in many cases.
Our focus is on keeping the electronic services simple, so that users can quickly find and use the information they require. Oplex documentation team is committed on an effort to improve the access to our content and services, making more comprehensive and effective accessibility.
